Griot’s Roll is a private Production (film/video), Post-Production (editing) and Alternative Media Company located in Central Harlem, New York, NY. Griot’s (means Story Teller in Swahili) goals are to provide services in film/videos production, post-production editing and alternative media. Griot’s Roll will edit, shoot film/videos at affordable rates for independent film, record label, the mid sizes - corporate business and entrepreneurs.
Griot's Roll Production services include: crew hires, rental equipment consultation. We help you get the lowest insurances cost or use our insurances at no extra cost. When the production part of your project is done we will edit it for you on our state of the art editing suite. We shoot commercials, short, independent and feature films, video resumes, website videos, promotional videos, music and corporate videos etc.
Griot's Roll Alternative Media Department includes: Pod casting, video streaming, video e-mails etc. a professional made video over the internet a new form of advertising and marketing your business. Griot’s Roll services on the following formats: DVD, Electronic Business cards, Electronic Press Kits, CD-ROMs, Actors/Actress reels, pod casting and more. Griot's Roll will give our clients a great duplication package to go along with your finished project.
Griot's Roll Production to date has shot a Television Pilot for Urban Fishing Production called (Urban Fishing Adventure) a cooking/fishing show. Griot's Roll Production has provided editing services for IMAGINENATION 2006 Revolutionary Awards at the Apollo Theatre. Griot's Roll most recent clients has been The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, The Workshop In Business Opportunities and shot video for Project Enterprise Awards Nominees. Griot's Roll Film Production was in the New York Amsterdam News, Rollingout Magazine, MSNBC Your Business, WRKS FM-KISS Side Hustle Wednesday.
